The first step in assessing the needs of your project is an on-site consultation.  Here is where we meet with you or your agent and conduct an in-depth study of what's necessary to complete your space.  Because that first magical moment requires a great deal of planning we work hard to make sure it is impactful.  From concept and furnishings to rugs, artwork and accessories we cover our extensive move-in ready check list to ensure that nothing is missed.  We also generate any necessary floor plans and idea boards to implement so that you, along with all our team members are aligned and prepared for the installation appointment.

 When you start with staging, the listing process becomes manageable.  Our team of trained professionals are able to communicate the value of the home through quality furnishings and accessories.  We handle everything including finely selected appointments, that walk buyers through what to expect.  We differinciate ourselves through the standard of excellence we hold our firm to.  Having visited High Point and Las Vegas furniture markets we're committed to unique, creative solutions. Personally devoted to elevating each listing to it highest potential and keeping Staging industry standards high. Floor Plans

Your floorpan is your project guide.  We begin your staging with the end in mind.  To help out of state buyers visualize a homes layout, we offer  floorpan renderings in 2D & 3D.  These elements when added to your Listing Presentation provide a more comprehensive picture for your prospects.  At the Initial Design Consultation we take photos and measure to make sure the scale of our selections will work.
