We’ll be using these same techniques to tie your space together.
1.) Selecting A Simplified Color Palette
Focusing in on one or two colors can make your space pop. With each of our projects we like to keep the palette simple and timeless. You may notice a theme among each of our designs whether traditional or more modern. The color choices set the tone for your space so we guide you through a methodical process of making selections that work with your environment.
2.) Inviting Calm with Neutrals
The palette we select will say the most about your style direction. Whether it’s a more classic or trendy look will all boil down to the colors and textures we use. One way to increase your palettes longevity is by using colors that can stand the test of time. Not only do neutrals help to balance your design they also have a soothing effect on your health and well being. Neutrals work great as a base hue with an accent color introduced to let your personality shine through is our most popular request. Warm greys, deep blues, taupe tones and shades of ivory work well as your basic decor features like walls and major furnishings.
3.) One consistent theme throughout
Cohesiveness is likely our most common concern. Clients view friends homes and want to ensure that theirs stands apart with a polished and pulled together feel. They tend to begin with a strong impression of how they envision it blending however, they struggle with implementing all the fine details. And that’s where introducing our staff can become the defining factor in a winning project. Through our seamless design process, we can help keep your project on track.
4.) Utilizing Story Boards
Most projects begin the same, with a blank slate or space that needs redesigning. What we’ve come to understand through working with dozens of clients, is there are repeat mistakes that are completely avoidable.
5.) Starting with the end in mind
As creative professionals we tend to walk into you space and immediately go to work in our heads with what needs to be changed, omitted and updated. Thanks to advances in technology we can communicate this vision prior to you making costly investments.
6.) Setting Goals
The number one reasons most projects aren’t completed is because clients becomes overwhelmed. Working with a design system I’ve developed, we’re able to logically piece together a workable plan for you. Through actionable steps we help you make continuous progress.
7.) Sticking to Your Install Appointment
This really is the best way to see that your plan finally comes together. By committing to a Install date your setting up your project for success. We’re here to see you through the ups and downs of your project and have successfully assisted other clients to reach their home goals.
